Prior to establishing Midwest Lawyers, Frank Hoyt served for eight years as Regional Director for Minnesota Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company specializing in Lawyers Professional Liability.
Frank’s legal background includes serving as an Assistant Attorney for the State of Iowa, Chief Appellate Defender for the State of Iowa, General Counsel for Bankers Trust Company of Des Moines, and the private practice of law.
Frank has been a frequent speaker with respect to lawyer’s professional liability, risk management, and legal ethics. Frank is a member of the Iowa State and Polk County Bar Associations.
