Midwest Lawyers was established by Frank Hoyt who has an extensive legal background. Frank has served as an Assistant Attorney General, Chief Appellate Defender for the State of Iowa, General Counsel to Bankers Trust Company of Des Moines, in addition to the private practice of law. Prior to establishing Midwest Lawyers, Frank served as Regional Director for Minnesota Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company.
